The Idaho Foodbank, the state’s largest distributor of free emergency food, works with a growing network of more than 220 smaller non-profit partner agencies to supply food to those in need. The statewide network currently provides food for an average of over 110,000 people per month. Last fiscal year, the Foodbank network distributed a record 11.4 million pounds of food, enough for 9.5 million meals.
The Idaho Foodbank’s mission is to help feed, educate and advocate for Idaho’s hungry through a network of community-based partners and to develop efficient solutions to strengthen individuals, families and communities.
